Just putting this out there. . .

I don't know how many people look at this blog but I have a question. I've recently found a school that offers online MFAs in Illustration and am curious if anyone has any input on whether or not it would be worth my time. The school is the Academy of Art University.

Does anyone have any ideas, experience, etc regarding this school?

Thanks!

Didn't know they had a stricly online MFA degree. I sent away for information from them a few years back. They emailed me with some followed info as well, but ultimately it came down to me wanting to go to SVA in NY more. Alas...didn't get in there though.

I may try again in the future, but right now, my wife is enjoying her job in Greenville. She did mention why don't I try SVA again in a few years though. Who knows...I contacted a graduate of the Hartford program recently. He forwarded my info to the director, Murray Tinkelman. I had the chance to meet him, albiet briefly, at the '03 Illustratin Conference.
