I was asked to do this for the Senior VP of my division of my company for his retirement. I'm happy with how it turned out. But, I did decide to not push things too far (you never want to make people mad, well not people who may have control over your job, right?)

People love caricatures...of others. I always find that no matter how hard you try to go easy, you can always see a little dagger in the corner of the person's eye, hidden behind a big smiley face. That goes even more so for the female subjects...
